Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Processing times may be extended during new releases, holidays, or periods of high order volume.
Domestic Shipping — South Korea
Orders within South Korea are shipped via a tracked delivery service and typically arrive within 1–3 business days after dispatch.
Standard shipping is ₩5,000, with free shipping on orders of ₩250,000 or more.
International Shipping
TEKHNE offers international shipping to destinations worldwide.
International orders typically arrive within 5–10 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, carrier, and customs processing.
Standard international shipping is $12 USD, with free shipping on orders of $250 USD or more.
Available shipping destinations, methods, rates, and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. If shipping to your destination is not currently available, please contact us at customercare@tekhnegarments.com.
Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, VAT, and customs fees imposed by the destination country.
Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient. TEKHNE is unable to predict or control charges imposed by local customs authorities.
Please contact your local customs authority for further information regarding potential import charges.
Tracking
Tracking information will be provided by email once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Delivery
Please ensure that your shipping address and contact information are complete and accurate when placing your order. TEKHNE is not responsible for delays or unsuccessful deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.
If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has been processed or dispatched.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, or if you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact us with your order number and relevant details. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue.
Please retain all original packaging and documentation in the event that a shipping claim is required.

대한민국 내 주문은 배송 조회가 가능한 택배 서비스를 통해 발송되며, 발송 후 일반적으로 1–3영업일 이내에 배송됩니다.
기본 배송비는 ₩5,000이며, ₩250,000 이상 주문 시 무료 배송이 제공됩니다.
해외 배송
TEKHNE는 전 세계 다양한 국가 및 지역으로 해외 배송을 제공합니다.
해외 주문은 발송 후 일반적으로 5–10영업일 이내에 배송됩니다. 배송 기간은 예상 기간이며, 배송 지역, 운송업체 및 현지 통관 절차에 따라 달라질 수 있습니다.
기본 해외 배송비는 $12 USD이며, $250 USD 이상 주문 시 무료 배송이 제공됩니다.

결제 단계에서 별도로 명시되지 않는 한, 이러한 비용은 상품 가격 또는 배송비에 포함되지 않으며 수취인이 부담해야 합니다. TEKHNE는 각 국가의 세관 또는 관련 기관에서 부과하는 비용을 사전에 예측하거나 통제할 수 없습니다.

배송 조회
상품이 발송되면 이메일을 통해 운송장 번호 및 배송 조회 정보를 보내드립니다. 배송 확인 이메일을 받은 후 배송 조회 정보가 시스템에 반영되기까지 최대 24시간이 소요될 수 있습니다.
배송 정보
주문 시 배송 주소와 연락처를 정확하고 빠짐없이 입력해 주세요. 결제 과정에서 고객이 입력한 배송 정보의 오류 또는 누락으로 인해 발생하는 배송 지연이나 배송 실패에 대해 TEKHNE는 책임을 지지 않습니다.
배송 정보에 오류가 있는 것을 확인하신 경우 가능한 한 빠르게 문의해 주세요. 주문이 이미 처리되었거나 발송된 이후에는 배송 정보 변경이 어려울 수 있습니다.
분실 또는 파손된 배송 상품
상품이 파손된 상태로 도착했거나 배송 중 분실된 것으로 판단되는 경우, 주문 번호와 관련 정보를 기재하여 문의해 주세요. TEKHNE는 해당 운송업체와 함께 배송 상황을 확인하고 문제 해결을 위해 필요한 절차를 진행합니다.
배송 관련 보상 또는 사고 접수가 필요한 경우를 대비하여 상품의 기존 포장재 및 관련 서류를 모두 보관해 주세요.
